Giveback to Appalachia
Giveback to Appalachia is a community-driven giving campaign led by the ECDI Women’s Business Center of Central Appalachia, built on a simple belief:
Appalachia is strongest when we show up for each other.

Across our region, small businesses are more than storefronts — they’re family dreams, community gathering places, and local livelihoods. They’re run by our friends, neighbors, and fellow community members who pour their time, energy, and heart into building something meaningful.

Through this campaign, community members, clients, and partners are invited to give $100 to help cover the real costs of supporting entrepreneurs across Central Appalachia. Your gift fuels access to professional expertise, training, resources, and hands-on guidance — ensuring that when local businesses need help, they don’t have to face those challenges alone. Whether you give $10, $25, $50, or $100, every dollar helps remove barriers and unlock opportunity for entrepreneurs throughout the region.

This is neighbors supporting neighbors.
It’s local pride in action.
And it’s how Appalachia grows stronger — together.
"Being a small business owner in Appalachia means being part of a community that truly shows up for one another. Supporting local businesses keeps our towns strong."
— Kari Coyan, A Future Look 3D4D Ultrasound & Photography
