Cleveland Business Basics Bootcamp

Do you need guidance when it comes to getting your startup off the ground? The Cleveland Business Basics Bootcamp — brought to you by the Women's Business Center of Northern Ohio, with support from Cleveland Foundation and Huntington Bank — walks you through the essential steps to launch and grow a successful venture.! 


This 6-week hybrid training course will be held on Zoom and at our office in the MidTown Collaboration Center (1974 E 66th Street, Suite 310, Cleveland, OH 44103). Open to businesses in the ideation stage or operating for less than 2 years.

Cohort Details

Course topics covered:

  • Building a Business Plan

  • Market Research 

  • Financial Projections 

  • Bootstrap Your Brand 

  • Becoming Bankable

​

Upon completion, participants will receive:

  • 1 year complimentary WBC membership

  • WBC will cover the cost of your Ohio small business registration filing fee, if not yet registered with the state

  • Exclusive one-on-one session with a brand/marketing expert for your business

  • Application Deadline: Friday, May 29 at 12:00 p.m.
     

  • ​​Bootcamp Schedule:

    • Orientation is Wednesday, June 3 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 

    • Workshops held Wednesdays from June 10 to July 8 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.​
