Cleveland and Northern Ohio: class: TTT: QuickBooks Online Part II

Tips & techniques on using - QuickBooks ONLINE will be explained in a two-part workshop from the Team at BudgetEase, Diamond Level QuickBooks Advisors. Register for each session separately. Laptops encouraged but not required. Handout material will be available.

Part I will cover determining what version of QuickBooks Online is best for you, creating a QuickBooks Online account, setting company preferences, syncing transactions from the bank, how to add a product, customer or vender, and where to enter bills, invoices and checks.

Part II will review adding products, customers and vendors, bank reconciliations, setting up an invoice template, adding memorized transactions, setting up inventory, inventory management and customizing and exporting reports.

Sometimes even well-equipped entrepreneurs can find themselves in a rut, or just hungry for more information on small business success and growth. The Small Enterprise Education Development (SEED) Training Series is designed for entrepreneurs who are ready to enhance their business idea or expand an existing small enterprise into a viable and profitable business. Clients taking this course will focus on four critical developmental areas; business concept, organization, customer relations, and operations using the GrowthWheel® concept, an interactive tool that helps entrepreneurs develop their business through an action-oriented process. Clients will also complete homework assignments that will assist them in developing a business plan and 30/60/90-day action plan.

Cost: $150.00 for four-class series and certificate of completion. This series will be held at The Garfield Heights Public Library at 5409 Turney Road, 44125.

Full series is required for start-up phase prospective ECDI lending clients. Clients are encouraged to attend an Info Session and Entrepreneurial Readiness beforehand. Registration closes 2 business days before the class or when the class is fully booked; series fills up quickly. Classes are subject to cancellation. Please arrive at The Library approximately 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class.  For special considerations, call Lauren Smith at (216) 912-5665.

Please be advised that an additional $25.00 may be required for materials if you have a business partner who will also attend.

  • Have you considered the first 10 steps to starting a business?
  • Is your business idea feasible?
