Digital Literacy Program
Your customers are online; we’ll help you find them!
In partnership with the Columbus Metropolitan Library, the Digital Literacy Program will help Columbus' small business owners with little to no computer experience gain the confidence to take their business online. Courses will be taught at ECDI's office to give participants personalized support.
Graduates of the program will each receive a full year membership to the Women’s Business Center of Central Ohio, granting them access to coworking space, computer lab, mentors, one on one coaching, workshops, and networking opportunities. The membership is open to all genders.
Course Topics
Over the eight weeks, courses will cover:

How to use a computer and basic applications

Tips on how to be safe and secure online

Using email, Zoom and Google Workspace

How assess your needs for accounting software

Which online platforms can help you reach customers best
Eligibility

No computer experience is necessary!

You do not need to own a computer

You must be a small business owner

Preference given to business within Columbus City School regions 2, 3 or 6.
